How to apply Solid Cologne
1.) Rub your fingers over the top of the solid cologne until you have a small amount of the cologne on your fingertips
2.) Apply to your pulse points (inside of wrists & base of neck)
3.) Enjoy the intoxicating fragrance. Reapply as needed
